The firm is supported by Tiago, its founder. Started as a field engineer for a public works contractor and progressed to management and sales, never leaving live operations. Working with Africa since 2008, he gained experience in a variety of settings.

The professional challenges he faced in many countries and cultures helped him locate opportunities and launch his own company. Experience in site building, servicing, engineering, sales, and management is critical to organizational growth.

Treea Machinery was created as an international organization because of its extensive knowledge and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a variety of countries.

Tiago is a mechanical engineer and management postgraduate. Metso minerals processing equipment, health and safety, automation, work at heights, quarry safety, finance, and other trainings were completed.

Joel Moreira

Sales & Service

One of our newest team members, with a service engineer history in a variety of sectors, including ceramics and glass, moulding and injection, and most recently dedicated to wind turbine service, has international expertise. His career began as a maintenance technician and progressed smoothly to interdisciplinary team leadership before advancing to department leadership as maintenance manager.

New challenges arose, and he began working in technical sales as a customer manager. Joel is dedicated and focused on our customers, with visits, discussions of solutions and products, as well as technical assistance, assembly support, and special responsibility in automation systems. You can find him throughout the process.

He is also a trainer, having completed university studies in renewable energy, electricity, and automation, as well as various associated trainings and certificates in hydraulic systems, automation systems, work at heights, live voltage work, and switchgear.

Ricardo Rodrigues

Procurement & Logistic

Ricardo was involved in the company’s development as a legal consultant, but he had no idea he would become a member of our team. Ricardo strengthened our domestic and international initiatives by taking on procurement, logistics, and accounting responsibilities. 

Jurist by training, but has a wide range of interests, including heavy machinery, product export and import, and raw materials. He has professional expertise in logistics and transportation, as well as training in “Customs Management and International Trade".

Treea Machinery provides excellent cost/quality products, as well as a strong local presence and after-sales service. Our staff includes experienced personnel in both mechanical and electrical after-sales assistance.

We are a lean and agile organization that focuses on delivering effective and timely solutions to our clients. Our core team is completely focused on our clients’ needs. To support this approach, we build our operations on modern technologies such as ERP/CRM. In areas such as WEB contact with our clients and warehousing, we have strong relationships with competent companies that exemplify our culture and join our team.
